About Us
Team Foodie publishes practical, tested recipes and cooking guidance for home cooks. You will find everyday dinners, drinks, baking, vegetarian food and dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world.
What you will find here
Every recipe on Team Foodie is built around clear steps, metric and US measurements, and the kind of detail we wish more recipe sites included: why a step matters, what to do if something goes wrong, what to swap if you are missing an ingredient, and how to store or make the dish ahead of time.
How we develop our recipes
Our recipes are developed by Marc Jeff, a chef with 15 years of cooking experience in England, working across different areas of the industry, alongside our editorial team. Recipes are built from proven culinary techniques and cross-checked for quantities, temperatures and timings against reputable, established cooking references. Every article is reviewed by a person before it goes live, checked for accurate steps, realistic timings and safe food handling. AI tools help us research and draft faster, but they do not publish unsupervised, and they never replace the judgment of someone who actually knows how the dish is supposed to turn out.
We treat corrections seriously. If a step is unclear, a quantity looks off, or something did not work the way the recipe describes, tell us and we will fix it. See our Editorial Policy for the full detail on how we research, develop and correct our content.
Using our recipes
Read the full recipe before cooking. Check ingredient labels for allergens and use safe internal temperatures and storage practices. Nutrition figures are general estimates, not medical or dietary advice.
